- Reporting & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets. Utilize CRM systems to manage customer data and generate regular reports for senior management.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets within the insurance industry, preferably in Professional Indemnity or related commercial insurance lines.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, including active listening, persuasive speaking, and the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Negotiation & Closing: Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals and securing long-term client commitments.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Resilience & Drive: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Professional Indemnity insurance, including key market players, regulatory requirements, and typical client needs.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture.
