Clinical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Site Director to join our team at Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise, managerial leadership, and coordination of the operational function for the whole hospital on all three sites over a 24-hour period.
Main Responsibilities- Provide a high-profile visible presence and clinical expertise to support the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Lead and manage the operational function of the hospital, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication across all sites.
- Be the point of contact for all staff within the Trust, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Liaise with senior leaders, department leads, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and decision-making.

Person Specification- First-level NMC registration with evidence of post-registration qualification to a minimum of degree level or equivalent experience.
