The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our operational team as a Maintenance Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing technical and mechanical work to ensure the maintenance of our properties, including inspections, repairs, and general maintenance of apartments and common areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our properties
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues
  • Repair and replace equipment and fixtures as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Provide excellent customer service to our residents and colleagues

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in property management maintenance or equivalent experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of building services and general maintenance activities
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Exceptional IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
