About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Sales Order Processor to join our Structural Connections team based in the UK.

The purpose of this role is to review and process all sales orders received in an efficient and timely manner. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to enable the business to maintain and expand our customer base.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and respond to questions and queries in a timely manner
  • Prepare quotations and process customer orders
  • Complete quotation follow-up calls and negotiate with customers to secure orders
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure that orders are completed to customer deadlines

Requirements

  • Experience in a busy sales office
  • GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English grades A-C
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and prioritize tasks
  • Computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office and Dynamics CRM
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
