The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you'll be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge software solutions that drive our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performing software solutions using Typescript, React, and NodeJS.
  • Lead technical discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of software engineering excellence, focusing on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and explore new opportunities for applying them to our solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting a culture of learning and growth.
  • Participate in agile development environments and contribute to the development of our technical roadmap.

Requirements

  • Proven success as a software engineer with a strong portfolio and experience working in a professional environment.
  • Expertise in Typescript, React, and NodeJS, with a strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A commitment to software engineering excellence, with a focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality solutions.
  • A strong culture of learning and mentoring, with a willingness to explore new AI technologies and apply them to our solutions.
  • Leadership experience, with a proven track record of project and technical decision-making.
