Early Years Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Professional to join our team at Banana Moon Day Nurseries. As an Early Years Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging activities that promote children's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development.
  • Provide a secure and supportive environment for children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and providing constructive feedback to parents.
  • Ensure the provision of high-quality care and education, adhering to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Contribute to the overall planning, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the nursery, driving excellence in early years education.

Requirements:

  • Hold a relevant qualification in Early Years (minimum Level 3).
  • Have a solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Experience working in an early years setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Passionate about providing high-quality care and education for children, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Valid DBS check.
