Job Title: Print Finisher

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Print Finisher to join our team at Chartwell Press Ltd, a leading provider of high-impact visual communications. As a Print Finisher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of finishing operations on all projects scheduled for production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and organize the finishing process for all projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and prioritize finishing work, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure that all finished products meet the required standards.
  • Operate company vehicles as required.

Requirements:

  • Background in print finishing is essential, with specific experience in guillotine cutting, booklet making, and various binding types.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Full driving license is required.
