Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Supervisor to join our team at Ryanair. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth planning and execution of our maintenance schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance tasks.
  • Lead and manage a team of planners to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize maintenance processes.
  • Develop and implement new planning procedures and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a planning or maintenance role, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
