Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Nights Team Member to join our team at Premier Inn in Cockermouth. As a key member of our overnight team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our overnight guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure the safety and security of our guests and hotel premises, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and welcoming environment, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are well-maintained and tidy.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by participating in training and development opportunities, and by providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
