Job Summary:
Service Service Employment Agency Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Booking Clerk/ Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, strong data entry abilities, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unbox and transport items from the goods in area to the administration area.
- Process items, booking them onto the company system while ensuring accurate serial numbers and accounts are used.
- Pass items to the relevant department.
- Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail and solid data entry skills.
- Good administration skills, typing, and telephone experience.
- Ability to work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Ideal candidate will have their own transport or live locally due to the location.
Working Hours:
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 0830am - 16:30pm.
