We are currently seeking dedicated Class 2 LGV/HGV drivers to enhance our esteemed workforce at Johnsons Hotel Linen. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the distribution of our linen products from our Bourne distribution center.

Work Schedule: The shifts follow a 4 on 2 off pattern with varying start times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transporting and collecting clean and soiled linen
  • Assisting with the loading and unloading of the vehicle
  • Maintaining regular communication with the Transport Manager
  • Unloading the vehicle upon return to the depot
  • Collecting soiled linen lists and submitting them to the service office as needed
  • Documenting delivery times and obtaining signatures on delivery notes
  • Engaging in daily communication with customers and office staff

Required Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must possess a digital tachograph card, a Class 2 driving license, and be fully CPC qualified.

This position involves various shift patterns, so flexibility in working hours, including weekends, is essential. Start times will vary and may include weekend shifts.
