Core Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and sustain Python-based data solutions, frameworks, and services.
  • Participate in effective data ingestion and transformation processes to facilitate real-time trading and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with analysts and technology specialists to refine and advance data platforms and applications.
  • Provide production support during business hours and contribute to technical documentation and system enhancements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline.
  • Proficient coding skills in Python, preferably with a focus on data engineering.
  • Familiarity with SQL, common relational database management systems, and data transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP, HTTP APIs, AWS S3).
  • Excellent communication abilities to interact with senior stakeholders and users.
