We are looking for an enthusiastic Conveyancer to continue the development of Residential Conveyancing in our region. The role is based in our Corby office, but you will also be supported by (and work closely with) the Residential Conveyancing team in our Kettering office.

This is an exciting opportunity, and the successful applicant will have proven experience of working within a busy residential property team and dealing with sale, purchase, re-mortgage and transfer of equity, including new build and leasehold.

As an experienced conveyancer, you should be confident in developing and managing relationships with both clients and referrers, be IT literate and committed with a previous working knowledge of using case management systems. Some supervisory experience is preferable, together with an ability to work with minimal supervision.
