Marketing and Design Executive Opportunity

A leading recruitment agency in the UK is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Design Executive to join their team in Kelvedon. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:00pm, with a competitive salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  2. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
  3. Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and email.
  4. Design and produce high-quality marketing materials and content.
  5. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  6. Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
  7. Coordinate events, promotions, and product launches.
  8. Assist in budget management and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  9. Work with multiple brands to understand and fulfil their marketing needs.
  10. Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing materials that drive sales.
  11. Maintain and update company websites using HTML skills.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in marketing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative and strategic projects.
  2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Wix.
  3. Full driver's license and own transport is required due to the location.
