Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Linc-Cymru. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals for our residents, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet our culinary needs
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Work collaboratively with our dietary team to plan and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of our residents
  • Provide excellent customer service to our residents, responding to their dietary needs and preferences

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Cook in a similar setting
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
