Job DescriptionJob Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Linc-Cymru. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals for our residents, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet our culinary needs
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Work collaboratively with our dietary team to plan and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of our residents
- Provide excellent customer service to our residents, responding to their dietary needs and preferences
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Cook in a similar setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
