Warehouse Operative/Technician Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative/Technician to join our team in Worthing. As a key member of our warehouse department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production and logistics facility, meeting all required GMP and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safe loading, unloading, distribution, and stowage of materials, including all necessary system transactions.
  • Collate and pack internal and external orders, including dispensing of material to meet the required level of customer service.
  • Operate electric pallet stackers, REACH trucks, and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate inventory control and complete required stock checks.
  • Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed and report any Safety/Quality related issues.
  • Complete SAP transactions in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous warehouse and/or SAP experience is preferred.
  • Ability to be trained and operate all appropriate mechanical handling equipment.
  • Keen attention to detail and customer-focused approach.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £14.48, with the potential to earn £16.09 after 12 weeks of service, subject to training completion. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
