We are seeking a qualified domestic gas engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing and repairs on our models of boiler, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities- Annual Servicing: Perform annual servicing on our boiler models to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Breakdown Callouts: Attend breakdown callouts in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime for our customers.
- Customer Service: Consistently deliver an excellent level of customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Field Sales Initiatives: Support our field sales initiatives by working towards key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing feedback on sales opportunities.
- Company Procedures: Follow all company procedures and processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Gas Qualifications: Hold gas qualifications for a minimum of 5 years, with a strong understanding of gas safety procedures and regulations.
- Electrical Knowledge: Possess basic electrical knowledge and experience using a multimeter, with the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues.
- ACS Certifications: Hold domestic ACS: CCN1 and CENWAT certifications as a minimum.
- No Out-of-Hours Call-Out Rota: Work a standard 37.5 hour week with no out-of-hours call-out rota.
- Company Bonus Scheme: Participate in a company bonus scheme based on engineer efficiency and overtime, paid monthly on top of salary.
- OTE: Earn an OTE of £55,000+ per annum, with opportunities for career development and progression.
