Postdoctoral Research Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Research Associate to join our Clinical Sciences department. As a key member of our research team, you will contribute to the identification and refinement of interventions targeting viral pathogens.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain mammalian cell culture and viral propagation protocols
  • Design and execute experiments to support preclinical anti-viral drug discovery programs
  • Collaborate with research students and staff to achieve project goals
  • Contribute to the development of new viral controlled human infection models
  • Prepare and maintain accurate laboratory records and stock inventory

Requirements:

  • PhD in Biological Sciences or related field
  • Experience in viral culture and mammalian cell culture
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Experience in publishing high-quality research in peer-reviewed journals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
