We are seeking a skilled Recovery Support Specialist to join our team at Hestia. As a key member of our Mental Health and Complex Needs Service, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with severe and enduring mental health needs.

Our service users come from diverse backgrounds, and we are committed to providing culturally sensitive support. You will work closely with our team to deliver person-centered and holistic support, empowering service users to regain independence and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and guidance to a caseload of service users, using a recovery approach to enable them to increase independence and maintain their accommodation.
  • Develop and implement effective interventions for service users who are 'hard to engage,' ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive.
  • Liaise with other agencies and professionals to advocate for service users and ensure they receive the best possible care.
  • Contribute to the development and review of support plans, ensuring they are tailored to the individual needs of each service user.
