Senior Accountant/Client Manager Opportunity

TPF Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant/Client Manager to join a reputable firm of chartered accountants in East Kent. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of a successful local business.

About the Role

As a Senior Accountant/Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across various industries, providing expert advice on accountancy and tax matters, and leading a team of junior staff. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and advising clients on accountancy and tax services
  • Preparing statutory accounts, management accounts, and corporate and personal tax returns
  • Reviewing and mentoring junior staff's work
  • Providing general tax, accounting, and software advice to clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in an accountancy practice
  • General practice experience across accounts and tax
  • Proficiency in Digita, Sage, Xero, and/or QuickBooks
