Position: Store Manager

Salary: Up to 35000 DOE

In this role, you will guide your team in delivering our beloved food items and outstanding service as we elevate the rest stop experience across the UK.

Key Responsibilities as a Store Manager

  • Ensure the store meets or exceeds financial targets as outlined in the budget and P&L
  • Support and develop your team, ensuring every colleague feels valued and has opportunities for personal and professional growth
  • Maintain and uphold brand standards consistently
  • Take overall responsibility for delivering high-quality customer service and driving sales
  • Lead shifts, including the opening and closing of the store

Required Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams in a high-volume retail or food service environment
  • Proven track record of working with budgets, P&L, labor costs, and implementing cost-saving initiatives
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience in motivating and enhancing team performance through mentoring and training
  • Capability to remain composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment
