About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our award-winning Food and Beverage team at the Road Hole Bar.
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, anticipating their needs, and increasing sales through upselling and offering personalized recommendations.
You will work closely with our supervisors and managers to gain experience and develop your skills, and will be expected to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Exceed guest expectations through excellent and engaging service.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Increase sales through upselling and offering personalized recommendations.

About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-presented, and friendly individual with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
You will have experience in a similar setting, preferably in hospitality, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits
This is a permanent full-time opportunity, working 5 days out of 7 on a flexible shift pattern, with a salary of £25,000 and a range of associate benefits.
