We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Scania (Great Britain) Limited. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and enhancement of our existing online e-commerce product.
Key Responsibilities- Take full ownership of the existing online e-commerce product, managing its day-to-day operations, maintenance, and enhancement.
- Ensure the product continues to meet user needs and business goals.
- Develop and maintain a clear product strategy and roadmap that aligns with overall business objectives.
- Work closely with the Head of Digital Product, Technical Lead, and Product Designer to ensure alignment across all aspects of product development.
- Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to gather requirements, communicate progress, and manage expectations.
- Manage technology partner and supplier relationships to ensure that updates and releases are delivered efficiently.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the product, informed by user feedback, data analytics, and market trends.
- Prioritise enhancements that deliver the most value to users and the business.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of product management principles, including product lifecycle management, roadmap development, and user-centred design. You should have excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
You should also have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data and user feedback to drive product decisions and prioritise enhancements. Proven problem-solving abilities, with a track record of overcoming challenges and delivering successful products, are also essential.
