Join Plutus as a Commercial Analyst Associate

We're transforming the digital out-of-home (OOH) industry by connecting OOH and digital advertising to deliver brand experiences and meaningful outcomes for agencies and advertisers.

About the Role

The Supply and Demand teams are seeking a Commercial Analyst Associate to support the sales team in growing the company's revenue. You'll partner closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), and the wider sales and marketing teams. You'll also liaise with finance on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop sales strategy, analyse business performance, and improve sales efficiency through automation.
  2. Conduct business performance analysis to identify short and long-term business growth opportunities across the globe.
  3. Support the Commercial Operations Manager on new analysis and insights to drive a global 'data and analysis' support role for our partners.
  4. Develop and support the CRO, Head of DSP Partnerships, and Commercial Operations Manager in building and implementing a RACI for client and team interactions.
  5. Support commercial meetings and facilitate alignment on key issues and opportunities via numbers and data analysis.
  6. Support weekly trading meetings, using numbers and data to drive and verify progress, goals, and aims.
  7. Support and conduct business research and analysis, providing actionable insights for senior leadership to support decision-making.
  8. Oversee the maintenance and review of commercial reports and documents and business requirements for reporting with all clients.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in economics, business, or other relevant/quantitative disciplines.
  2. 1+ years of experience in strategic planning, sales/business operations, or marketing operations, preferably in the digital media space.
  3. Expertise in the digital advertising industry.
  4. Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proven track record of driving projects from strategy to execution.
  5. Experience and familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot.
  6. Superior Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  7. SQL experience a plus.
