About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Adjuster to join our team in South Wales. As a Technical Adjuster, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of personal injury and third-party property damage losses across traditional EL & PL risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle complex liability claims, including personal injury and property damage losses
  • Conduct thorough investigations and assessments to determine liability and damages
  • Communicate effectively with clients, claimants, and other stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless claim handling and excellent customer service

About You

  • You should have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a liability adjusting role
  • You should be confident in working on your own initiative in an unsupervised environment
  • You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
