Position Overview

Role: Project Coordinator

Location: Corsham

MASS is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and managing resources and activities essential for executing small to medium-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project work plans and ensure timely delivery, adjusting plans as necessary to accommodate evolving requirements and unforeseen challenges.
  • Financial Management: Achieve financial targets by forecasting project results, preparing work orders, generating monthly reports, scheduling expenses, analyzing discrepancies, and initiating corrective measures while ensuring alignment with financial reports.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and actively manage project risks, escalating issues as needed.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee daily project operations, including coordinating meetings and reviews to facilitate progress, and ensuring timely submission of project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Subcontractor Management: Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to manage subcontractor relationships effectively.
Qualifications

Essential:

  • Project Management Practitioner Qualification (or in progress).
  • Experience in a supporting role within project management or a related field.
