About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Receptionist to join our professional sexual health team in Margate. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our clinical teams, ensuring seamless patient care and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our clinical teams, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing patient records.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient information, including registration, appointment scheduling, and billing.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive patient information.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Requirements
  • Level 2 qualification (GCSE grades 9-4/A*-C, NVQ level 2, BTEC diploma/certificate, O Level grades A-C) or equivalent demonstrable experience.
  • Administrative experience, including working with members of the public.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, work accurately, and prioritize tasks effectively.
