Job Title: HGV Driver

Wright Staff Recruitment is seeking a reliable and skilled HGV driver to join our team. As an HGV driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to our clients in the Cheltenham area.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Pallet network delivery
  • Curtainside transportation
  • Straps and PPT handling
  • 8 am starts
  • 1-5 days per week

This role is suitable for new passes with 3-6 months experience and semi-retired drivers. The successful applicant will possess:

  • A professional attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Good time management with the ability to organise and prioritise work
  • A strong commitment to safe working practices
Pay Rates:

Hourly Pay Rates:

  • Class 1: M-F Days - £17 per hour
  • Class 2: M-F Days - £15 per hour

This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. Work location is in person.

About Wright Staff:

We specialise in supplying driving staff to clients in Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, and the West Midlands. We pride ourselves on providing a fantastic service to both our clients and drivers. We understand our drivers' requirements and find work that best suits them, resulting in excellent driver retention and satisfaction. Our drivers are PAYE and receive holiday pay on a rolling schedule. We do not charge our clients overtime after 8 hours.
