Estate Agency Branch Manager

We are working with a leading name in the Estate Agency and Property Lettings sector, with a very successful base in the Walderslade area, currently seeking to bring in an experienced Branch Manager.
About the RoleYou will take control of a highly skilled team of Estate Agency professionals, who are all tasked with providing exceptional service to clients. You will manage the business profitability and growth, identifying new leads and generating new business, whilst motivating and mentoring the team through regular meetings and coaching.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the business profitability and growth
- Identify new leads and generate new business
- Motivate and mentor the team
- Work closely with the team to list new properties and match them with potential buyers
- Build on your local knowledge and contacts to stay informed about local market trends
To succeed in this role, you must have a proactive approach to getting things done, with a strong work ethic, and a valid driving license is essential. You must also have the ability to build strong relationships with clients and convert valuations into listings and ultimately sales, with a genuine interest in helping people sell their properties and help buyers find their ideal homes.
