Key Responsibilities- Registration and Patient Management: The successful candidate will be responsible for registering and managing patient records, including monitoring patient lists and transferring and filing patient records.
- Communication and Coordination: The candidate will communicate effectively with patients, practice team members, and external organizations, ensuring efficient and courteous interactions.
- Referral and Follow-up Care: The successful candidate will generate and send referrals to hospitals and other agencies, facilitating and arranging follow-up care as required.
