Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at The Barley Mow, a traditional town centre pub in Warrington. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring exceptional food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement menu plans, ensuring alignment with company standards and customer preferences.
  • Monitor and control kitchen costs, inventory, and labor expenses.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
