As a Product Design Specialist, you will be responsible for producing and modifying design artwork for a range of products, from soft toys to stationery and arts and crafts.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Produce and modify design artwork for a range of products
* Prepare and check files suitable for manufacture
* Strong understanding of design principles and techniques
* Use the Adobe Creative Suite proficiently
* Support and learn from other designers
* Keep up to date with design technologies and best practices
* Collaborate with a team of buyers, merchandisers, and QC to develop concepts for new products

**Requirements**

* Suitable for university/college leaver or someone with 1-2 years industry experience and a desire to learn from and progress within a team of experienced brand and packaging designers
* Ideas focused with an understanding of commerciality to ensure solutions are achievable
* Capable of working on own brand and license brands and following guidelines while pushing the boundaries to achieve the best possible solution
* Good knowledge of Apple Mac and Adobe Creative Cloud software, including Illustrator and Photoshop
* Proficient in all Microsoft Office tools
* Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all design work
* Demonstrates a strong work ethic, consistently working hard and diligently
* Adaptive to changing project requirements and open to incorporating feedback and suggestions
* Excellent teamwork skills, effectively collaborating with colleagues and suppliers to achieve project goals
* Excellent communication skills, confident speaking to internal and external customers
* Ability to establish, develop, and maintain relationships with professionalism
