- Manage and coordinate the workload of EDA/CAD engineers across multiple sites
- Develop and implement project environments, methodologies, and design flows for IC and system design engineers
- Train and support the development of design flows for multi-site engineering teams using industry-standard EDA software
- Oversee the management of EDA tools, including installation, licensing, and administration
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in IC Design and/or EDA/CAD Engineering
- Deep understanding of project execution requirements, including frontend, backend, testability, validation, and verification methodologies
- Experience with data management tools for Analog, Digital, and Mixed-Signal projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
