Pertemps Bond is seeking a reliable and skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving and processing goods, picking and packing orders, and loading and unloading vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work within the goods in and out department, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of goods.
  • Picking and packing orders to meet customer requirements.
  • Loading and unloading vehicles, checking stock levels and ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Conducting visual quality checks on products as you pack customer orders.
  • Being versatile and willing to learn new skills to support the team.
  • Carrying out other warehouse/production duties as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or physically active role.
  • Proven ability to work using own initiative and as part of a team.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with other team members and management.
  • Ability to demonstrate commitment, reliability, and good timekeeping.
  • Due to the location of the site, you must have your own form of transport.

Working Hours:

The working hours for this role are Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday, 0800 to 1630.

Salary:

You will be paid £11.44 per hour.
