We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Team Leader. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, providing a safe, caring, and innovative environment for them to thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the person-centred care planning process, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
- Assist in the smooth transition of residents from our care home, ensuring all necessary documentation and medication is completed and next of kin are informed.
- Monitor the well-being of each resident, identifying any changes that may impact care and ensuring that their needs are met and records are updated accordingly.
- Practice safe systems of work, assessing risks and taking due regard for personal safety and the safety of residents, visitors, and staff.
To succeed in this role, you will need to live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all you do. Our ideal candidate will have:
- An NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
- Two years' experience working in a senior position with the resident group.
- The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- The ability to lead staff and act responsibly in the absence of the manager.
