We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Solicitor/Senior Associate to join our growing and supportive team at Reed. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional legal services to our clients, while also contributing to the growth and development of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality legal services to clients, including commercial leases, grants, surrenders, assignments, and LTA 54 renewals.
  • Work effectively with colleagues to achieve billing, time, and fee earning targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in commercial property law and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial property law, including commercial leases, grants, surrenders, assignments, and LTA 54 renewals.
  • Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
