Salary: Up to £41,990 plus uncapped time saved bonus
Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week - No Weekends
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Paint Technician to become a vital part of our professional body shop team at Rubber Duck Cars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced spray painting techniques, understanding paint formulations and various application methods. Stay informed about product innovations and participate in relevant training sessions.
- Conduct thorough vehicle preparation, including masking, sanding, and other essential tasks prior to painting.
- Deliver high-quality finishes in spray painting, consistently prioritizing customer satisfaction and care. Experience with Roll Priming is a plus.
- Employ appropriate safety gear and clothing, attend company-organized medical assessments, and adhere to guidance from health professionals. Promptly report any health or vision issues to your supervisor.
- Ensure a tidy and safe working environment, maintaining company tools and equipment to reduce fire risks.
- Comply with all housekeeping, health, and safety regulations relevant to your role and work environment.
Qualifications:
ATA certification is preferred but not essential. A minimum of 3 years' experience in automotive paint spraying is required.
