About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work across several branches in either Cheltenham or Gloucester, covering vacancies, holidays, and absences. As a qualified dispenser, you will have the chance to work with a variety of patients and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacturing dosette trays for patients who need extra support in organizing medication
  • Downloading and preparing prescriptions from local surgeries or customers
  • Supporting the medicines counter assistant and pharmacist in their roles
  • Having effective conversations with customers to ensure they receive the right level of care and medication
  • Engaging with customers about our additional services, including the Pharmacy First scheme
What We Offer

We offer a competitive starting rate of pay, based on experience, starting at £12.50 per hour. You will also receive mileage expenses, 29 days holiday a year, 20% discount in all our shops, NEST pension scheme, discretionary Christmas bonus, and Blue Light Card membership.
