About the Role

Allica Bank is seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Manager to join our Program Management team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of allocated projects and key pieces of change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective change management strategies to ensure seamless adoption of organizational design, business processes, and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough impact analyses and assess change readiness to identify key stakeholders and develop targeted communication plans.
  • Drive adoption and success of changes within the organization, ensuring continuous adherence to the overall program plan and providing regular status reporting to stakeholders.
  • Develop mission strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training.
  • Facilitate program management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to ensure adoption of the mission change.
  • Manage risks, issues, actions, dependencies, and change control to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with executives, managers, and subject matter experts to develop requirements specifications and translate customer business needs into application and operational requirements.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in managing and leading change at pace in complex organizations.
  • Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude to drive impact and make a difference.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • High proficiency in tools such as Jira/Confluence and experience in leading the delivery of significant and complex projects and organizational change.
