The Role: Minibus Driver for Activity Breaks

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Minibus Driver to join our team and contribute to the success of our transformative activity breaks. These breaks provide individuals with learning disabilities and autism with enriching experiences, fostering personal growth and social connections.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a 16-seater accessible minibus to transport guests between our East Sussex holiday site and our London base.
  • Collaborate with support staff to ensure the smooth loading and unloading of luggage and wheelchairs.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with guests, support staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Adhere to all traffic regulations and safety protocols.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Full clean driving license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
