About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team at Caval Limited. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our district heating projects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Senior Site Engineer in setting out plots of land on district heating projects
  • Interpret engineering drawings and establish site reference points
  • Collaborate closely with on-site management and subcontractors to ensure strict adherence to design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Ensure the project is completed efficiently and to the highest industry standards
  • Hold a HND in Civil Engineering and a CSCS Card
  • Have a background and good understanding of setting out on groundworks/construction projects
  • Be willing to learn and perfect their craft, gaining a bigger understanding of civil engineering and setting out
Requirements
  • Skillful in maintaining high-quality standards
  • Proficient in utilizing construction management software, CAD tools, and other relevant technology
  • Possess a good understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and project specifications
