Job Title: Freelance Video Editor

We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Video Editor to join our team at Salt. As a Freelance Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing video content for various projects, including promotional materials, commercials, and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Export video content for web, social media, TV, and other platforms
  • Work on 70% video editing and 30% After Effects projects
  • Develop face-to-camera and animation skills
  • Set up on-set equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound systems
  • Collaborate with a team of designers and report to the Design Director
Requirements:
  • Experience in video editing and motion graphics
  • Ability to create animated motion graphics for face-to-camera video
  • Knowledge of branding, visual storytelling, layout, and motion graphics
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
What We Offer:
  • A rolling contract with a day rate of £330
  • Hybrid working arrangement with 2 days in-house and 3 days remote
