We are excited to present an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Lead Quality Engineer to become part of a prominent fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) organization on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will possess a recognized apprenticeship or a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Engineering as a foundational qualification.
Experience within the FMCG sector is crucial, along with a robust capability in process enhancement and root cause analysis.
Collaboration with operators, team leaders, and fellow engineers will be essential to facilitate installation and commissioning activities throughout the facility.
Flexibility to adapt to varying shift patterns at short notice is a requirement to meet the operational demands of the business.
The successful Lead Quality Engineer will enjoy a competitive salary, an annual bonus, a strong pension plan, and a range of additional benefits.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Electrical or Mechanical engineering focus - with a bias of up to 70/30 in either direction. Candidates must be apprentice trained or hold a HNC in Engineering.
FMCG EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY
Proficient in numerical and verbal reasoning, and computer skills are necessary.
