We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic team member to join our Catering team at the Arena Racing Company. As a Casual Bar Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience at our events.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide efficient, professional, and courteous service to all customers at all times.
  • Ensure guests receive the highest standard of customer service, including advising on products and promoting a happy atmosphere.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy bar and public areas, adhering to Health and Safety and COSHH Guidelines.
  • Manage stock levels, rotation, and ordering to avoid waste and assist with stocktaking.
  • Adhere to licensing policies and procedures, and handle cash, stock, and equipment securely.
  • Act as an information point for customers and record wastage in line with venue procedures.
  • Undertake other reasonable duties in line with business demands.
