About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading recruitment agency, providing legal support to our clients and candidates. As a Senior Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring Compliance: Reviewing and advising on commercial agreements, contracts, and policies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Contract Management: Drafting, negotiating, and advising on a wide range of commercial contracts, including SaaS licensing agreements.
  • Legal Advice: Providing strategic legal advice to our business leaders on various matters, including intellectual property, data protection, and risk management.
  • Vendor Management: Overseeing the management of external vendors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with our company's policies and procedures.
  • Dispute Resolution: Advising on and assisting with dispute resolution, both internally and externally.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • UK-qualified lawyer with at least 4+ years of PQE experience, with relevant in-house experience.
  • Excellent review and legal drafting skills, with demonstrated competency in commercial contracts.
  • Good knowledge of SaaS licensing, Intellectual Property, and GDPR will be required.
  • Ability to negotiate, provide clear advice, and communicate at all levels of the business.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
