About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Paediatrics at South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust. As a Paediatric Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children and their families in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act in line with the Trust's CARE Values and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Participate in the staff appraisal process and stay up-to-date with relevant Operational, Personnel, Health and Safety Policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with patients' families and carers to discuss care and condition, and display excellent analytical ability and sound decision-making in changing clinical situations.
- Check and use specialized equipment such as monitors and ventilators.

Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Paediatric environment within the last 3 years.
- Compliance with NMC Professional Registration and current nursing practices.
- A Paediatric Nursing Degree.
