We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Recovery Navigator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their recovery journey.

• Provide guidance and support to individuals in their recovery from substance misuse and mental health issues.
• Work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized recovery plans.
• Build strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless support for our clients.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
