Contract Manager Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing 5-6 sites at various stages of completion, implementing and complying with SHE policy and procedures, and managing operational communications and relationships with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and comply with SHE policy and procedures and best practice.
- Manage the projects' finances (revenue, costs, and cash flow) and achieve planned gross margins.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the staff on each project to establish full commercial contribution to the organization.
- Manage operational communications and relationships with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Implement the project plan and ensure compliance with the projects' accepted contractual terms and conditions.
- Ensure that forward planning is completed ensuring there is no delay due to lead in of resources/materials.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as a Contract Manager with another Groundworks contractor.
- SMSTS.
- CSCS.
