About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Engineer to join our team at Loop Technology Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the design, build, test, and ongoing support of automated electromechanical systems and subsystems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and test electrical systems to ensure they are safe for use and accurately document processes.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to solve problems and deliver technical projects.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to deliver technical projects and share skills and experience to provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Identify root causes of electrical faults using good working practice with industry-standard equipment.
  • Work knowledge and appreciation of health and safety requirements.
  • Hold a full UK driving license and be willing and able to travel to customer sites.
  • Ability to obtain vetted security clearance/DBS checks.
Requirements
  • Qualified to HNC in an electrical-focused course, or electrical apprentice trained, or equivalent level of experience.
  • Ability to communicate at a high technical level, in both written and verbal English.
  • Confident in reading and understanding technical electrical/mechanical drawings.
  • Willingness, interest, and ability to rapidly learn new technology.
  • Ability to work in a flexible working environment.
