About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Brandon James, a leading consultancy in the UK. As a key member of our Sports and Leisure, Cost Management team, you will be responsible for providing expert cost management services to high-profile sports teams and leisure projects across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with sports teams to provide pre and post-cost management services on stadium and academy-based projects.
  • Support the quantity surveying team on large-scale leisure projects across the UK and Europe.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of cost management strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • MRICS or working towards
  • Presentable and excellent communication skills
  • Experience or interest working on sports projects
  • 4+ years PQS/Consultancy experience
  • Good pre and post-cost management experience
  • Strong communication skills
